Boudet's successor was Abbé Rescanières, who died within the year after he had become priest in Rennes-les-Bains. Jean-Luc suspected that he was murdered. Boudet was buried with his brother in the town where he was born, why his mother and sister where buried in RLB, I have no idea. Anyone? Their headstone is supposed to be part of a line of sight crossing Le Christ et le Lièvre and the Pla de la Coste on top of the hill facing the church.
